To make this face-punching salsa all you’ve got to do is mix the following ingredients and stick it in the fridge for at least half an hour for the flavours to fuse.
4 ripe plums – chopped into cubes
A handful of jalapenos (from a jar) – chopped into tiny ass pieces
A small red onion – chopped into tiny pieces
A clove of garlic-pressed
A couple of sprigs of coriander/cilantro – chopped tiny
A big squeeze of lime juice
A tablespoon of olive oil
Super easy to make, and tastes good with most mexican dishes, or even just with chips for snacking. Also goes well with fish tacos if you’re into that shit. The sweetness goes well with the hotness and it’s best served cold.
Makes a dope pairing with Thug Kitchen Sweet Potato Enchiladas. Try that shit. It’s addictive. Don’t say I didn’t warn ya.
